Training Program Development Coordinator

Description: Our professional training program is growing in the areas of learning programs, coaching and innovative learning events. We are seeking a dynamic employee to support a team of professional trainers in service delivery, sales and marketing including the tasks below.

Requirements: 

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR or related field preferred
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • Works independently (strong self-starter with initiative) and collaboratively
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

Internship

Description: The Lincoln Center is seeking interns to support projects and work in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and administration Internships last from two weeks to up to six months.
Minimum Requirements:

Job Title: Professional Trainer
Description: The Lincoln Center is seeking trainers to teach two-day workshops in professional training courses such as Business Communication, Customer Service Skills, Sales Negotiations, and Time Management. Ideal candidates will possess work experience in the content area as well as experience creating an interactive learning environment.
Minimum Requirements: 
  • At least 5 years work experience in business. 10 years preferred.
  • At least 1 year of international experience.
  • Experience with corporate training or consulting.
  • Strong communication skills and facilitation skills.
