Paul Lofquist, President

Paul has been with Lincoln and in this role since 2021. Before moving to Albania with his wife and 2 sons, he worked in America in both the public and private sectors. His favorite part about working at Lincoln is being a part of something that holds so much potential for long-term impact. Paul’s desire is to serve his staff and the families of Albania in a way that results in their greatest good and God’s greatest glory.

Robb Provost, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors

In 1997, Mr. Provost (together with the early leadership team including Aida Repishti and Edita Nikolli) founded Abraham Lincoln Foundation of Albania as a self-sustaining not-for-profit educational development organization. His passion has been to serve the people in such a way that God is honored and the nation is benefited. In 2009, recognizing his work of promoting the life and legacy of Abraham Lincoln, Mr. Provost was honored by The Lincoln Academy of Illinois with the Order of Lincoln award.

Lefter Roko, Vice President of Finance and Operations

Lefter Roko has been working at the Lincoln Center since his graduation at the Economic University in 2001. During these years, he has been working at the Finance Department as the Vice President for Finance and Administration, dealing with the cash flow report, budgeting, balance sheets, and also payroll and insurance. Meanwhile, he has enriched his knowledge in the finance field by earning a degree as a Chartered Accountant, and now is a CPA candidate.

Edita Nikolla, Vice President of Administration

She has been working in administration at the Lincoln Center for 17 years and it has been a wonderful journey for her. She has changed several positions during the years as an Administrative Assistant, Manager, Director of Lincoln 1 and currently as the Director of Services. She is committed to serve with dignity and professionalism, as well as growing professionally. Her goal is to help grow the customer care process on the next level as she cooperates with each member of the Lincoln Center team and motivates them toward success.

Diana Tërshana, Programs Coordinator

Diana works as the Language Coordinator and English Language Instructor at the Lincoln Centers of Albania. She has been teaching English for almost 17 years at Lincoln Centers and at public/private Universities. The more she teaches the more she feels motivated. Growing professionally has always been her aim. What Diana likes doing the most is reading magazine articles and exploring the net with regard to EFL teaching strategies and techniques. Diana has a BA in English language teaching and MA in Linguistics and Methodology.
