This workshop is designed to help participants shape writing that will make an impact. Whether communicating with clients, with colleagues or with a wider public on social media or websites, writing with impact and clarity ensures that your message is heard. The course introduces techniques to build confidence and skill in using written English, drawing on effective and relevant examples and giving participants time to implement, reflect on and refine their new skills in their working context.
Following this course, participants may choose to take the full “Writing with Impact & Clarity” course.
Objectives: At the end of this program, participants will be equipped to:
- Understand how to adapt their writing to the psychology of the reader, reducing reliance on abstract concepts in favour of more effective images;
- Engage the attention of their readers;
- Make clear calls to action;

Elizabeth Gowing is an author, journalist, business owner, writing consultant, and Master Class writing trainer. She has consulted for multiple organizations as they write the story of their organization. She has a Bachelor’s from Oxford University and a Master’s in Education Management from the University of London. She is fluent in Albanian.
