“Who you are” and “What you do”

After reflecting on “Who you are,” participants will be introduced to leadership behaviors with the following model with a focus on the first two behaviors:
- Lay out a vision
- Activate Passion
- Engage Others
- Develop Capability
- Execute with Excellence
- Replicate Success
Participants will leave this module with a plan for writing a “Personal Mission Statement” and for developing key leadership behaviors. Following this module, participants have the option of a complementary coaching session to provide support as they take action steps towards living according to their mission.
