Customer Care process
I really appreciate the Customer Care process that Lincoln is implementing .
Do you know why ?
Firstly, because you get to know the students better when you sit in one-on-one conversations and in this way you understand pretty well their needs, so you can help them by suggesting what is the best for them.
Secondly, you enjoy this time with them (at least this is how I felt).
