What is that i really do well?

Based on the observations of my collegues at Lincoln Center and also in the comments of my students, i think that the thing that i am really good at is the relationship that i establish with my students. They love asking questions, even something that has no relation at all with the lesson, and they expect me to answer all of them. I never ignore their answers because something that might seem unimportant to me might be of real interest to them. So by making them feel relaxed and worthy they are motivated to learn.
I never limit my lesson to the class but i always connect it with real world. Students are here to learn english and we should do the best to make this easy, practical and enjoyable.
My students trust me. This is great but it also means that you have responsibilities and should be always prepared.
