BOAT RACE ACTIVITY

For a team to succeed, everyone has to be on the same boat.
With this project they are literally. This retreat aims to strengthen the best trait colleagues can have; collaboration in finding the right solutions.


OLYMPIC GAMES -

30 Minutes- 2 Hours

Relay races like you have never seen before, compete as a team in a series of events and celebrate the winners! Learning Outcomes: Teamwork, Synergy, and Communication.


BAKE TOGETHER & BUILD YOUR TEAM

60-90 Minute

A challenging experience to bond your team together baking cookies without a recipe. Learning Outcomes: Teamwork, Trust, Strategy, Risk Taking, Problem Solving.



TOWER OF POWER- 60-9O Minutes

Tower of Power is a great tool for leadership training and team building. The facilitator places 8 wooden blocks upright on the floor. Each team member picks up one of the ropes that are connected to a crane. The task is to use the crane to build a tower by placing the blocks on top of each other.
Learning Outcomes: Teamwork, Trust, Strategy, Problem Solving.
