Effective Performance Management for Supervisors focuses on the skills required to conduct the performance evaluation process with quality and on time. The goal of this course is to help supervisors to better understand the performance management process and to equip them with the skills and confidence to more effectively realize this process.
Supervisors that participate in this course will ensure that best practices are followed and that the performance management process serves the company as a motivation tool for employees. Human Resources Executives will also benefit by acquiring and sharing knowledge and practices. After completion of this course, the executives can serve as the main supportive structure for the process itself within their companies.

Anjeza Kelmendi has significant experience as a business sector manager for multiple banks and the Human Resources Director for multiple organizations including the Balfin Group. At Balfin, she founded and led a training academy that provided training for over 300 managers from 30 different companies. Ms. Kelmendi provides coaching, consulting and training in Human Resources, management and other areas. She has a Masters in Business Administration.
