The first impression. This is the critical 7 seconds that creates a bond with new clients. It becomes the foundation of trust and communication for this meeting and every
interaction after that.

The skills to do this well are simple to learn, yet this requires discipline to exceed
expectations with every customer interaction.

In this highly interactive workshop series, participants will learn, practice and receive
feedback on their communication skills based on the consultative selling approach and best
international practices.

Objectives: Following this training event, participants will be equipped to:

  • Present oneself and the organization with confidence
  • Increase enthusiasm and engagement of verbal & non-verbal communication
  • Communicate more effectively with clients
  • Manage emotions and connect with clients to create a strong emotional bond

Brunilda Isa; has a background in sales, management and retail
banking at multiple banks in Albania. She is currently the secretary
general of the Albanian Microfinance Association.
