This interactive workshop provides a quick dive into a teambuilding model and the
opportunities to explore teambuilding using this model. Participants will take a personal
assessment to help them reflect on their style of leadership with teams. Participants will leave with an increased understanding of themselves, their preferences, and the dynamics on their team.
