This course provides participants with insights and skills to write online materials such as press releases, articles, and blog posts as well as the text for printed materials such as brochures. One particular focus is on how to share stories as a way to boost engagement.

She has consulted for multiple organizations as they write the story of their organization. She has a Bachelor’s from Oxford University and a Master’s in Education Management from the University of London. She is fluent in Albanian.
