Constant feedback from my children’s classes !
What works perfectly well in my children‘s classes is a monthly feedback I get from them .
What I usually do is, I ask them to write down in a piece of paper ( but not with their names on it ) what they like about the course and what they would like to suggest .
At first , it was like everyone asked me for more and more games , competitions, songs , but their feedback is improving.
Now, they ask me even for more dictations, retelling parts, or to bring more extra materials.
I got the idea from one of my teen classes some years ago .It perfectly worked with them , so I use this with all my children’s classes .
Well , this is good because children feel free to express their own opinions .This is perfect especially with teenagers .They like the idea that the teacher really appreciate their opinions .
