Ideas for Albanian EFL teachers
1- Grammar is not everything in English Language learning
2- Encourage students to speak by introducing real life topics in class
3- Do not get stuck with the book
4- Be creative
5- Give equal attention and time to every single student in class
6- Speak less, hear more
7- Vary activities in class
8- Get in touch with other EFL teachers and share experiences
9- Be POSITIVE towards students’ progress
10 -Make class student-centered
Bruna, I agree with all these ideas and I think we need to remind ourselves of them more often, in order not to fall under the same routine. Teaching is fun, but it can be more fun if we are more creative.
